Refund policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within a certain timeframe.

Thank you for shopping at Career Leverage-Lab ® ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

 

Because our Products are digital goods delivered instantly via internet download or online streaming (such as PDFs, downloadable materials, and online courses), standard physical goods return laws do not automatically apply. Please read our policy regarding refunds carefully before making a purchase.

2. 30-day conditional refund window

In compliance with European Union consumer protection laws and Global Digital Commerce standards, we offer a 30-day refund review window from the date of purchase. However, because these are digital products, refunds are conditional and subject to verification:

 

Eligible for Review: If you have not yet accessed the course, started watching any video lessons, or downloaded/opened any PDF materials, you are eligible to request a refund within 30 days of purchase.

 

Ineligible for Refund: If our system logs show that you have already downloaded the PDFs, accessed the digital files, or completed/viewed any part of the online course content, you expressly waive your right to a refund, and your request will be denied.

3.strict deadline

After 30 days have passed from the original date of purchase, no refunds, credits, or replacements will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of whether the digital content has been accessed or not.

4. our right of discretion and tracking

We automatically track and log user activity on our learning platform (including IP addresses, login sessions, download logs, and video completion progress). Career Leverage-Lab ® reserves the exclusive right to review your account's digital footprint upon receiving a refund request. We reserve the right to deny any refund if we find evidence of content consumption, download, or abuse of this policy.

5. transaction fees

Please note that third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) may retain non-refundable transaction fees. If a refund is approved, we reserve the right to deduct these processing fees from the total refund amount.

5. chargebacks and fraud

Abusing the refund process or initiating fraudulent chargebacks with your credit card company or bank without first contacting our support team is strictly prohibited. If a chargeback is initiated fraudulently for a digital product that has already been accessed, we reserve the right to permanently terminate your account and take appropriate legal actions to recover the funds.

If you meet the eligibility criteria and wish to request a refund within the 30-day window, please contact us at support@careerleverage-lab.com with the following information:

 

- Your full name

- The email address associated with the purchase

- Your order/transaction number

- A brief explanation of your request

 

Our team will review your account activity and respond within 7-14 business days.
