Refund policy

At Career Leverage Lab, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products include digital content that may be made available immediately after purchase, as well as personalized services, refunds are subject to the conditions below.

1. 30-day conditional refund guarantee

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Refund requests are reviewed individually and may be approved when the purchased product or service has not been substantially accessed, consumed, downloaded, completed, or delivered.

To request a refund, contact us at support@careerleverage-lab.com and include your name, order number, and the reason for your request.

This 30-Day Conditional Refund Guarantee is a commercial policy offered by Career Leverage Lab and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

2. Digital products and courses

Our digital products may include downloadable guides, PDFs, video courses, templates, interview preparation materials, and other digital resources.

Because these products can be made available immediately after purchase, refund eligibility may be affected once the content has been substantially accessed, viewed, downloaded, or otherwise consumed.

Where applicable law requires your express consent before digital content is supplied immediately, we will request that consent separately. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be waived.

3. Personalized services

Personalized services may include Story Review, CV Optimization, individual feedback, coaching, or other services specifically performed for you.

You may request cancellation before we begin performing the personalized service. Once work has started or the service has been partially or fully delivered, a full refund may no longer be available, subject to applicable consumer law.

If only part of a service has been performed, any refund eligibility will be assessed based on the circumstances and applicable law.

4. Bundles

If your purchase includes both digital content and personalized services, refund eligibility may be assessed separately for each component of the bundle based on whether that component has been accessed, consumed, started, or delivered.

5. EU/EEA consumer rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable consumer law.

For digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may cease once supply of the digital content has begun, where you have given your prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal, as required by applicable law.

For services, different rules may apply depending on whether performance has begun or has been fully completed during the withdrawal period.

These statutory rights are separate from, and are not restricted by, our 30-Day Conditional Refund Guarantee.

6. Defective or inaccessible digital content

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing purchased content or if the digital content is defective, please contact us at support@careerleverage-lab.com. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

7. Refund processing

If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

We will notify you once your refund has been processed.

8. Chargebacks

If you believe there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at support@careerleverage-lab.com so that we can attempt to resolve it.

This does not affect any rights you may have with your payment provider or under applicable law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our products, services, business practices, or applicable legal requirements. The version applicable to your purchase will be determined in accordance with applicable law.
